Instructions for Completing the Comment Form

The following form must be completed before commenting on a proposal. After completing the comment form below, click on the submit button located at the end of this page.

Comments will not be processed unless areas marked with an asterisk ("*") are completed.

All comments will be reviewed by a advisory committee or task force which will make final recommendations to the Judicial Council's Rules and Projects Committee. Comments received will become part of the public record of the council's action. Should you have questions, please send an e-mail message to invitations@jud.ca.gov
