Supreme Court Hears Arguments in Redevelopment Case November 10, 2011

WHAT: The California Supreme Court will hear oral argument tomorrow in a legal challenge to the validity of recent legislation that changed the statutory framework of California redevelopment agencies (California Redevelopment Assn. v. Matosantos, S194861). The arguments will be televised and webcast live by California Channel, a statewide public affairs network.
