The Judicial Council of California, Administrative Office of the Courts, Conference Services Unit seeks proposals from hotels for meeting space, meals and sleeping rooms, March 27 – 30, 2012 or April 4 – 7, 2012 in LAX, Culver City, Pasadena, Orange County and San Diego.
This is a new process for sourcing hotels and meeting locations and for this program we will be conducting a Pre Proposal Conference Call to answer any questions regarding this specific RFP and the new process. It is strongly recommended that you use this opportunity to ask for clarification on the process, as it is completely new.
