Audra Ibarra is an appellate specialist, certified by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and counsel at the firm California Appellate Law Group. She is a former supervising Assistant United States Attorney, litigator at a large national firm and Deputy District Attorney. She has over a dozen years of appellate experience and has personally tried 40 jury trials. She has received national recognition and awards for her work, which includes complex civil and white-collar cases.

Ms. Ibarra serves on the Committee on Appellate Courts for the State Bar and the Board of Directors for the California Minority Counsel Program. She formerly served on the Judicial Nominees Evaluation Commission for the State Bar, on the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors for California Women Lawyers (CWL) and as the chair of the Amicus Committee for CWL.

Ms. Ibarra co-authored the current edition of the book California Objections Civil and Criminal with Judge Gregory H. Ward (ret.), distributed by James Publishing. She earned her B.A. in Political Science at the University of California at Berkeley, and her J.D. at New York University School of Law.
