Online Probable Cause

The Superior Court of Contra Costa County saves judges many hours with a computer application that allows them to act on probable cause declarations wherever there's an Internet connection. An immediate success, the application has eliminated problems related to deciphering the declarations, tracking them, and communicating with the jails.
