e-Correspondence - Sacramento Superior Court
A web-based service available to parties to submit questions and receive e-mail responses regarding family law cases and legal procedures.

Probate Facilitator Program - Guardianship of the Person Only - Contra Costa Superior Court
Serves self-represented litigants via workshops, e-mail, telephone, and in-court services during the Guardianship calendar.

Public Law Center - Nevada Superior Court
A collaboration with the County Law Library to provide general self-help services and no-cost mediation to litigants in small claims and unlawful detainer cases.

Self Help Conservatorship Clinic (SHC) – Hot Docs for Conservatorship filings - Los Angeles Superior Court
An interview tool developed by the Judicial Council utilizing the HotDocs program that assists attorneys with quickly completing forms in a self-help setting for Conservatorship filings.

Self-Help Online Workshop Registration
Family law litigants can register online for the court's self-help workshops, and schedule Self-Help Center appointments.

Small Claims Advisor E-mail Program - Contra Costa Superior Court
A small claims advisor responds to court users' questions via e-mail utilizing a databank of legal topics consisting of over 600 pieces of discreet information.

Small Claims and Self Help Center E-mail Help - Santa Clara Superior Court
An advisor provides e-mail responses through the use of a web form to litigants utilizing e-mail templates that are customized for the customer's issue.

Virtual Self-Help Law Center - Contra Costa Superior Court
A website that provides over 2,500 pages of expert legal information provided in text, video, and audio formats for self-represented litigants in English and Spanish.

Alternative Dispute Resolution: Civil Mediation Project - Nevada Superior Court
Free mediation services are provided at the time of trial for unlawful detainer, small claims, civil harassment restraining orders, and probate cases providing litigants better access to justice and relieving some calendar congestion.

Family Law: Family Law Case Resolution - Orange Superior Court
Case management program for family law dissolution and paternity cases that includes regular reviews to assess whether a case is meeting pre-set milestones.

Family Law: Family Court Services Online Orientation - Santa Clara Superior Court
An online orientation is now being offered for Family Court Service participants. Parties ordered to attend orientation now have the option of choosing to attend a class in person or online by logging on to their home computer, laptop, or mobile device.

Family Law: Self-Represented Litigants Facilitator Management - Sutter Superior Court
The Family Law Facilitator provides Family Law Status Conferences at regular intervals from the date of filing.

Family Law: Self-Represented Party Calendar - Orange Superior Court
Provides self-represented parties with a team of resources (e.g., self-help attorneys, court staff, Family Court Services mediators, volunteer attorneys, and family law judicial officers) to assist with their family law cases when they appear in court.

Justice Partners Collaboration: Binational Justice Project - Imperial Superior Court
The court signed agreements with Mexican authorities to permit enforcement of family court orders across the nation's border. The court also partnered with Mexican entities to provide free legal services to self-represented family law litigants.

Probate: Online Conservatorship Orientation Video Program - San Bernardino Superior Court 
The Online Conservatorship Orientation Video Program was developed to enhance services for court users by replacing the current in-person conservatorship orientation program mandated by local rule. The video includes closed captioning options of English for Hard-of Hearing-users and Spanish for Spanish-speaking users. The video program also has links to the California Courts website (courts.ca.gov) for users to utilize the self-help portion of the website as it relates to conservatorship, probate, seniors, wills, and estates.

Unlawful Detainer: Unlawful Detainer Advisory Clinic Hotline - Solano Superior Court
Licensed attorneys and supervised legal interns provide advisory services by telephone to assist both landlords and tenants with resolving landlord-tenant problems as an alternative to more formal court proceedings.
