Binational Justice Project - Imperial Superior Court
The court signed agreements with Mexican authorities to permit enforcement of family court orders across the nation's border. The court also partnered with Mexican entities to provide free legal services to self-represented family law litigants.

Community Justice Center - San Francisco Superior Court
A Collaborative Court and social service center provides defendants with access to case management, shelter placement, assistance with applying for benefits, on-site support groups, and service linkages to a wide variety of community providers.

Mental Health Court Linkage Program - Los Angeles Superior Court
Mental health clinicians are located in 23 courthouses to provide assessments and program recommendations to judges and attorneys for defendants with mental illness or co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders.

Violation of Probation in Lieu Night Court - Sacramento Superior Court
In collaboration with criminal justice partners, certain non-violent felony cases are resolved by filing a violation of probation rather than filing new charges.

Collaborative Justice: Elder Court - Contra Costa Superior Court
A special court docket for elder abuse cases including physical, emotional, and financial abuse. Through a partnership with non-profit organizations, seniors also receive individualized support from social services organizations.

Juvenile Delinquency: Delinquency Caseflow Management Process Improvement - Orange Superior Court
The court collaborates with local justice system partners to implement their Compliance Review and Wardship Status Review hearings for delinquency proceedings. The Court, justice partners, and public benefit from cases closing in a timely manner, as this process ensures appropriate supervision periods and results in fewer appearances in court.

Juvenile Delinquency: Succeeding Through Achievement and Resilience (STAR) Court - Los Angeles Superior Court
A partnership with the court and Probation to provide referrals to specialized services for underage victims of sex trafficking.

Tribal-State: Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) Stakeholders Roundtable - Los Angeles Superior Court
A stakeholders' roundtable created to bring together all Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) stakeholders in Los Angeles for quarterly meetings in an effort to improve relations, increase effective communication, work on collaborative projects, improve long standing issues, and overall provide better potential outcomes for Native American families.
