Architectural Peer Review Services, RFQ# JBCP-2015-03-JT

The Judicial Council of California, through this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is soliciting for qualified business entities/firms to establish a pool of Firms for the Judicial Council’s current and future Court Building Projects throughout the State. As assigned by the Judicial Council’s Principal Architect, these services include, but need not be limited to, evaluation of the design for compatibility with its setting and the appropriateness to the project’s functional program, the California Trial Court Facilities Standards, and the Project budget.

Selected firms will participate in various Design Review Panels to provide architectural peer review & evaluation of the design for one or more court building project(s). A list of the current Projects slated for Design Reviews is attached hereto as Attachment “A.”

Proposal and written statement of qualifications must be received no later than 4:00 PM, Thursday, April 2, 2015.

Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to CaptialProgramSolications@jud.ca.gov no later than 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 19, 2015.
