Ms. Kimberly Flener is the lead administrator for the Superior Court of Butte County. She joined the court in 2006 as an executive program analyst, and worked in several program areas such as the Klep’s Award-winning Court Clerk Certification Promotional Opportunity Program. She was promoted to assistant court executive officer in 2008 where she assisted with the North Butte County Court Facility Project. Two years later, in 2010, she was promoted to the position of court executive officer.

Ms. Flener’s past judicial branch service includes membership on the Judicial Council’s Trial Court Accountability & Efficiency Advisory Committee, the Trial Court Budget Advisory Committee, as well as membership on the CCMS Governance Committee, the Judicial Branch Contracting Manual Working Group, the Dependency Cost Recovery Working Group, the Phoenix Steering Committee, and the PJ/CEO Management Program Working Group. She is currently a member of the Court Executive Advisory Committee. In addition to a B.S. in Criminal Justice (summa cum laude), she completed coursework in the Sacramento State's Court Administration Certificate Program.
