The Judicial Council California (the “JCC”), established in 1926, is authorized by the California Constitution as the administrative manager for the Non-sworn, unarmed, uniformed Security Guards for all of the State of California, Courts of Appeal, the Supreme Court and the JCC offices in California.  Therefore, the JCC has a need to arrange for building security, the security of the appellate courts’ courtrooms and chambers for each of the Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

The JCC is seeking firms to provide proposals for the service of the non-sworn, unarmed, uniformed Security Guards for the JCC offices, each of the State of California, Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

The annual expenditure for this service is in the range of $900,000.00 to $1,000,000.00.

NOTE: Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to solicitations@jud.ca.gov and must be received by Wednesday, May 4, 2016, no later than 3:00pm (PDT).

Proposals must be received by Thursday, May 12, no later than 1:00pm (PDT).
