Andrea K. Wallin-Rohmann is the clerk/executive officer of the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District. Ms. Wallin-Rohmann is the court’s principal executive officer with oversight responsibility for its clerk’s office, budgeting, procurement, security, human resources, and business services. She also serves as the court’s public information officer and assists in developing community outreach programs.

Ms. Wallin-Rohmann has worked in various positions within state government. Before joining the appellate court, she served as Chief Deputy Director of Policy for the Department of Technology. She has also served as Deputy Director of Human Resources for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and was the department’s Chief Information Officer for Enterprise Information Services.

Ms. Wallin-Rohmann has also led and participated on many state task forces and committees, including the Governor’s Taskforce on Cybersecurity, the Statewide Information Technology Policy Committee, and the AB 109 Prison Expansion Taskforce. She has also taught extensively on the subject of technology and leadership in the government sector.
