The Judicial Council seeks to retain the services of a qualified construction Firm to complete Phase 1 of the Exterior Insulation and Finish System (“EIFS”) Exterior Wall Replacement construction project described in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) and in the Contract Documents (“Project”). The Judicial Council is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from Firms to provide Phase 1 of the EIFS installation construction services for the Project, subject to the conditions described in this RFP.
Phase 1 of the EIFS Exterior Wall Replacement Project will take place at the following location:
Edmund D. Edelman Children’s Courthouse facility, located at 201 Centre Plaza Drive, Monterey Park, CA 91754 (“Facility”).
Project Description:
The Project includes, but is not limited to, Phase 1 of the removal and replacement of the existing EIFS, including exterior sheathing and sealant joints, and replacement with a drainage EIFS assembly.
The objective of this RFP is to contract with a selected Proposer for the described services. One contractor may be selected for this project.
Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Court via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by Close of Business, January 25th, 2018
Proposals must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on February 9th, 2018
