Public Comment at Commission Meetings Public comments are invited during the 10-minute interval preceding the beginning of the commission's meeting. Members of the public who wish to address the commission should submit a request of no more than two pages to the California Blue Ribbon Commission on Children in Foster Care at least four business days before the meeting. Business meetings are open to the public. Other meetings, such as orientation, planning, and educational meetings, may be made open to the public at the discretion of the Chair of the California Blue Ribbon Commission on Children in Foster Care. The Chair may seek a recommendation from the members of the California Blue Ribbon Commission on Children in Foster Care on whether all or part of any meeting should be open or closed.
Members of the public who attend open meetings are encouraged to remain orderly. The Chair of the California Blue Ribbon Commission on Children in Foster Care may order the removal of any disorderly persons.
