Appellate Court Classification and Compensation Study
RFP Number: HR-0407-RB
The AOC seeks the services of a consultant with expertise in public sector classification and compensation, and, preferably, expertise in these areas as it relates to the California appellate court system.
There are currently 81 classifications involving 853 incumbents in the California Supreme Court and six District Courts of Appeal. The purpose of this project is to conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation review of all existing classifications. It is expected that the classifications will be revised and up-dated as necessary and new specifications for new classifications will be drafted. Once the classification recommendations are completed, a comprehensive review of the compensation structure for these classifications will be developed and recommended.
