The Center for Families, Children & the Courts (CFCC), a division of the Administrative Office of the Courts, seeks the services of a consultant to provide technical assistance on two Collaborative Justice research projects, a DUI court cost study and a Drug Court cost study. Tasks will include identifying a comparison group for DUI courts and drug courts, adapting an existing cost-benefit methodology, developing a web-based data collection tool, and assisting with data collection with the courts. The total cost for consultant services will range from $125,000 to $165,000. There will be no pre-proposal bidders' conference for this Request for Proposal (RFP).
