The Judicial Council of California, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is requesting proposals from highly qualified vendors with expertise in providing copier paper in various sizes and colors on a statewide basis. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued on behalf of the California Appellate Courts, which includes the Supreme Court of California, the 58 Superior Courts of California, the Habeas Corpus Resource Center, the county law libraries and the Administrative Office of the Courts (collectively referred to as the Purchasing Group). The AOC intends to award one or more Master Agreement(s), for a one year term with two one-year options to renew to a vendor or vendors that is/are able to supply the members of the Purchasing Group with an unknown quantity of copier paper, as further described in the RFP.
Deadline Extended: Due to late posting of answers to questions submitted to the AOC, the Proposal Due Date and the deadline for questions has been extended. Section II, subsections 2.1 and 2.1.1 are replaced as indicated in Addendum No. 1 to RFP No. FIN-0206. Written proposals must be received no later than 1:00 p.m., March 21, 2006. Oral, facsimile, or email submitted proposals will not be accepted.
Any questions regarding RFP No. FIN-0206CP must be submitted to email address TCSolicitation@jud.ca.gov no later than 3:00 p.m., March 15, 2006. The AOC will post all answers by 5 p.m. March 16. Answers will be posted as on the Courts website, http://www.courts.ca.gov/rfps.htm.
