Technology Center Requirements Assessment

The AOC is requesting proposals from highly qualified consultants with demonstrated expertise in the assessment of outsourced technology centers similar in size, scope, and functionality as the California Court Technology Center. Consulting services might include any of the following: identifying AOC's technology outsourcing requirements; assistance in developing a strategy and criteria for renegotiating the technology outsourcing contract; and recommending methods and practices for effectively managing an outsourced technology center.

The AOC intends to award a contract through June 30, 2006 with up to two (2) one-year renewal options at the AOC’s sole discretion.

There will be no pre-proposal bidder’s conference for this Request for Proposal (RFP). Any questions regarding this RFP No. IS-101805B must be sent to solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 1:00 p.m., November 18, 2005.

Written proposals must be received no later than 1:00 p.m., December 9, 2005. Oral, facsimile, or email submitted proposals will not be accepted.
