Building Commissioning Services
RFP Number: OCCM-2010-12-GS
The Office of Court Construction and Management (OCCM) of the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) seeks the services of qualified building commissioning firms with specialized expertise in various phases of design and construction. Service providers will be evaluated and selected to provide services throughout the State. It is anticipated contracts will be issued to four (4) commissioning services providers.
Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to OCCM_Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by no later than 2 P.M. on Tuesday, February 16, 2010.
Written proposals must be received no later than 1 P.M. on Tuesday, March 2, 2010.
