The Office of Court Construction and Management (OCCM) of the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) seeks the services of qualified vertical transportation consulting firms with expertise in all areas of existing in place and new vertical transportation design, construction, modification, service and maintenance.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD
It is the intent of the Administrative Office of the Courts, Office of Court Construction and Management to enter into contracts with the following firms for services set forth in the Request for Proposal:
HKA Elevator Consulting/Pitfield, Laguna Hills, California
Lerch Bates Inc., Pleasanton, California
Syska Hennessy Group, San Francisco, California
