Rule 8.400. Application
The rules in this chapter govern:
(1)
Appeals from judgments or appealable orders in:
(A)Cases under Welfare and Institutions Code sections 300, 601, and 602; and
(B)Actions to free a child from parental custody and control under Family Code section 7800 et seq.; and
(2)Writ petitions under Welfare and Institutions Code sections 366.26 and 366.28.
Rule 8.400 amended effective July 1, 2010; adopted as rule 37 effective January 1, 2005; previously amended and renumbered effective January 1, 2007; previously amended effective January 1, 2006, and January 1, 2008.
