Rule 8.800. Application of division

The rules in this division apply to:

(1)Appeals in the appellate division of the superior court; and

(2)Writ proceedings, motions, applications, and petitions in the appellate division of the superior court.

Rule 8.800 adopted effective January 1, 2009.
