A member's failure to comply with conditions attached to a public or private reproval may be cause for a separate proceeding for willful breach of rule 9-101 of the Rules of Professional Conduct.

(Subd (b) amended effective January 1, 2007.)

Rule 9.19 amended and renumbered effective January 1, 2007; adopted as rule 956 effective November 18, 1983.
