As noted in Request for Qualification (RFQ) #OCCM 081105, the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), Office of Court Construction and Management, solicited qualifications from firms interested in providing services to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a new superior court building of approximately 480,000 gsf, on a site in downtown Long Beach which will be provided by the AOC. As a result of the RFQ, and as noted in Section 1.3, Eligibility to Participate in this Request for Proposal (RFP), the AOC selected the following Proposers to participate in this RFP: Only these three Proposers are invited, and will be permitted, to submit Proposals in response to this RFP.
