Court of Appeal Announces Destruction of Old Court Records
San Jose—The Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District (San Jose) has announced its intention to destroy the following criminal, juvenile, and civil records pursuant to Rule 10.1028(d), of the California Rules of Court.
The California Appellate Courts Case Information System provides case information for California Supreme Court and Court of Appeal cases. Case information is updated once an hour throughout the business day.
The Sixth District is located in San Jose and has jurisdiction over the following counties: Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz. The court has seven authorized judicial positions, consisting of a presiding justice and six associate justices. The court does not have divisions. READ MORE >>
