This new three-story, 61,000-square-foot courthouse is located across from the Fresno Convention Center and adjacent to the City of Fresno's proposed Old Armenian Town development.
The courthouse was constructed on a 1.25-acre site and includes landscaped areas and secured surface parking for 25 vehicles. This fully secured facility houses:
The building's single courtroom is centrally located and bordered by landscaped courtyards, allowing natural light in and contributing to the building's energy efficiency, which will exceed state requirements by 17 percent.
