Electronic filing is the filing of an electronic document in lieu of a paper original and any required paper copies with the reviewing court.

Pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 8.70 and Misc. Order 13-1, the First District Court of Appeal requires the following documents be filed electronically in lieu of submission of any paper copies:

Appellant's brief pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436 (Eff. 5/1/13)
