Orange County’s Division Three of the Fourth Appellate District has launched a free self-help clinic for self represented litigants. The Orange County Civil Appellate Self Help Clinic will be held at the court on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month starting Wednesday May 13, 2015. Fourth Appellate District Announces Destruction of Old Court Records
The Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Two (Riverside), has announced its intention to destroy the following civil and juvenile records under Rule 10.1028(d) of the California Rules of Court.

The Fourth District Division One, along with other partners, has implemented a Civil Appellate Self-Help Workshop to offer legal information, education and assistance to self-represented litigants in civil appeals. There is no charge for this monthly workshop held the third Tuesday of each month.

Local Rule 5, Electronic Filing (Division One only)
Mandatory Electronic Filing
Division One will require mandatory e-Filing of all original proceedings, except as provided in subdivision (b) of this Court's Local Rule 5. A filing in electronic format will be accepted in lieu of any paper copies and will constitute the official record of the Court.
Voluntary Electronic Filing
Division One will accept motions through e-Filing. A filing in electronic format will be accepted in lieu of any paper copies and will constitute the official record of the Court.
