(53:32) Following the presentation of plans to restructure the state's Administrative Office of the Courts, the council also adopted a timeline for implementation and a plan for tracking progress.

In Aug 2012, the Judicial Council adopted recommendations that would formally direct the AOC's restructuring and realignment and endorsed a plan for monthly monitoring of the implementation of the directives by the council's internal Executive and Planning Committee, chaired by Justice Douglas Miller.
