Morongo Tribal Court
The Morongo Tribal Court was established and began hearing cases in October of 2007. The Court hears matters as authorized by tribal codes and ordinances. It began hearing only Indian Child Welfare Act child abuse and neglect cases. The court now also hears matters arising under the tribe’s Off Road Vehicle Ordinance.
