The California Courts and the AOC are developing technology initiatives to meet the administrative and operational needs of the future. These include a modern, secure telecommunications network in all courts that will allow, for example, e-filing; a shared service technology center that provides 24/7 support for court management systems and applications; and a data integration program to facilitate exchange of information between the courts and their justice partners.
Partners seeking more information regarding data exchange standards and other data integration information should visit: www.courts.ca.gov/partners/integration.htm.
Phoenix Program Case Management Systems Integration Standards
Trial Court Administrative Services (TCAS) Office, in cooperation with Information Technology Services Office (ITSO), has created the Phoenix Program Case Management Systems Integration Standards. This document describes how CMS' should interface with the Phoenix Financial System. We suggest courts include this interface in their contracts with vendors, and we hope vendors decide to build this interface as part of their core product.
