The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking firms to provide bids for certain Dell hardware and equipment as detailed in the invitation to Bid # IFB-ISD-041812-AA, Equipment will be inside delivery/shipped per specific instructions to ten of our office locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Ventura, San Diego, Riverside, Santa Ana, Fresno, San Jose, and Sacramento, California.
NOTE: Winning vendor agrees to honor the IFB-ISD-041812-AA winning bid pricing (for additional unspecified equipment quantities) for 30 days, after the vendor is notified on the Intent to Award bid notice. This is based on the Ca. courts year end funding resources to purchase additional equipment.
NOTE: Questions regarding this IFB should be directed to Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by Monday April 23, 2012, at close of business (PST).
Proposals must be received by Thursday April 26, 2012 no later than 12:00pm
