You may be eligible to attend a free, self-help clinic provided by Public Counsel for indigent civil litigants.
To qualify for assistance, you will need to show an order granting a waiver of fees or otherwise establish that you are an indigent self-represented litigant under the guidelines of the Public Counsel.
The clinic can help by providing information about the many procedures, filings and deadlines appellants and respondents will encounter throughout the appeals process.
