Third Appellate District Announces Destruction of Old Court Records

SACRAMENTO—The Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District has announced its intention to destroy the following records pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 10.1028(d).

The records to be destroyed include:  Civil and criminal case numbers C004537 to C006926, and criminal case number C001111.

In the event anyone knows of a reason why a particular case, among the above numbered cases, should be retained, notify Deena C. Fawcett, Clerk/Administrator, in writing, setting forth in detail the reason(s) for retention.  All requests must be received by December 6, 2013.
