Online Employment Recruitment (NeoGov)

Overview/Program Description:

NeoGov is a web-based recruitment tool that courts have purchased and implemented for their recruitment process. Procured through the use of a Judicial Council-negotiated master agreement, NeoGov provides customized online job applications, selection functionality, applicant tracking, and reporting and analysis resulting in a reduction in the use of paper and phone call inquiries, and provided potential applicants the opportunity to submit applications electronically and quickly.
