Court Executive Officer Kevin Harrigan has worked in court administration in California trial courts for over 13 years. Prior to becoming a Court Executive Officer (CEO) in Tehama in 2018, he served as CEO in the Superior Court of Glenn County 2016-2018; and Superior Court of Colusa County 2014-2015. He began his court career as an accountant in Glenn County. In addition to a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, he received a Graduate Certificate in Judicial Administration through Sacramento State University in 2009. He also achieved a fellowship from the National Center for State Court’s Institute of Court Management in 2014, the combination of which provided him with an education specifically focused on the skills needed for leadership within the judicial branch.

Mr. Harrigan volunteers his time to improve the administration of justice in California. He previously served on the Advisory Committee on Audits and Financial Accountability for the Judicial Branch, the Trial Court Budget Advisory Committee, and Judicial Branch Workers Compensation Program Advisory Committee. Mr. Harrigan currently serves on the Court Executives Advisory Committee and its executive committees.
