The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office seeks the services of qualified window washing Contractors with experience in performing services related to commercial exterior and interior window washing (“Contractor(s)”) with expertise in all phases of window washing projects as required to perform a variety of window washing and associated facility maintenance in court facilities. Contractor(s) that are selected will enter into an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity ("ID/IQ") Contract ("Contract") with the Judicial Council for window washing and associated maintenance projects. The Judicial Council anticipates Contracts will be issued to multiple Contractors under this RFQ.

A Pre-Proposal Telephone Conference will be held on Friday, August 14th from 10 am -10:30 am. Call in # 1-720-279-0026 / Passcode 109630.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by Close of Business, Thursday, August 28th, 2020.

Proposals must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on Thursday September 17th, 2020.
