Ms. Rebecca Fleming serves as the court executive officer of the Superior Court of Santa Clara County since 2016. Prior to her current role, she served as the court executive officer for the Superior Court of Stanislaus County. Her roles in the courts have included chief financial officer, assistant executive officer, and chief executive officer. She also served on the board of directors for the Stanislaus County Parent Resource Center. Ms. Fleming currently serves as vice-chair of the Judicial Council Trial Court Budget Advisory Committee where she co-chairs the Funding Methodology Subcommittee. She is also a member of the Judicial Council’s Court Executives Advisory Committee and its Executive Committee.
