Judicial Council. Judicial Council of California (“Council”), chaired by the Chief Justice of California, is the primary policy making body of the California judicial system. The Council is supported by an administrative agency also called Judicial Council of California (“Judicial Council”). Judicial Council issues this to General Contractors as Prospective Pre-Qualified Bidders (“ITB”) for the Fire Life Safety Building Deficiency Corrections, Floors 1, 2 and 3 Project, as further described in the “Project Description” section below (“Project”).
Through this ITB, Judicial Council invites the submission of Submittal Bid Packages (as defined below) from appropriately licensed general contractors (“Contractor(s)”) only to the prequalified Bidders to submit a bid to perform construction services for the Project. Judicial Council’s Invitation to Bid that includes the project manual and bid documents (“Project Manual”), to only Prequalified Contractors invited to submit bids packages.
Bids packages must be received by no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Time on June 14th, 2022.
