Judge Judith K. Dulcich

Judge Judith K. Dulcich was appointed to the Superior Court of Kern County in 2007 by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. She currently presides over felony cases in the criminal division. Judge Dulcich began her career in the family law division where she served for two years. She also served as resident judge of a regional court and had seven years of experience handling all administrative duties and all calendars ranging from felony and misdemeanor criminal, traffic, family law, small claims, unlawful detainer, and limited civil. Judge Dulcich recently served as both assistant presiding judge and presiding judge of the Superior Court of Kern County.

Judge Dulcich currently serves on the Judicial Council Advisory Committee on Providing Access and Fairness and as liaison to the State Bar’s Council on Access and Fairness. She previously served on the council’s Trial Court Presiding Judges Advisory Committee and the Chief Justice’s Pretrial Reform Operations Workgroup.
