Questions and Answers


Judicial Council. Judicial Council of California (“Council”), chaired by the Chief Justice of California, is the primary policy making body of the California judicial system. The Council is supported by an administrative agency also called Judicial Council of California (“Judicial Council”). Judicial Council issues this to General Contractors as Prospective Pre-Qualified Bidders Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) for the Fire Life Safety Building Deficiency Corrections, Floors 1, 2 and 3 Project, as further described in the “Project Description” section below (“Project”).
 

Purpose / Eligibility. Through this ITB, Judicial Council invites the submission of Submittal Bid Packages (as defined below) from appropriately licensed general contractors (“Contractor(s)”) to prequalified as eligible to submit a bid to perform construction services for the Project. Judicial Council’s Invitation to Bid that includes the project manual and bid documents (“Project Manual”), to Prequalified Contractors inviting the submission of bids.

Bids must be received by no later than 10:00 AM Pacific Time on November 14th, 2022.

Judicial Council will open sealed Bids and publicly them read aloud by video conference via Microsoft Teams on November 14th, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
