Court News Redesign
A Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on April 16, 2002. The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking proposals from consultants with expertise in print and electronic publications design to evaluate the print and e-mail editions of Court News and, in collaboration with AOC staff, make recommendations with regard to content, format, frequency, and distribution. The consultant will be required to design and create print and Web publication templates compatible with agency systems for the recommended design.
The Court News Redesign project is governed by the following general principles:
- The AOC will contract with a selected service provider using a master agreement that sets out the overall scope of the services to be provided, the obligations of the parties, and other provisions.
- The AOC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, as well as the right to conduct or not conduct a similar proposal in the future. This request for proposals is in no way an agreement, obligation, or contract, and the AOC is not responsible for the cost of preparation. One copy of a submitted proposal will be retained for official files and become a public record.
Vendor proposals must be received prior to 5 p.m. on April 30, 2002, and include all required attachments. Oral responses will not be accepted.
