AOC Human Resources Needs Assessment

RFP Number: HR-200905-RB

The AOC Human Resources Division seeks the services of a consultant, preferably with experience and expertise in the public sector, to jointly lead the workflow analysis efforts to align critical tasks and priorities with its divisional structure.

The consultant will examine existing HR workflow of major transactions to streamline existing processes, evaluate existing HR divisional structure to identify opportunities for better alignment with its system and processes, develop improvement strategies to enhance process flow and quality of transactions, establish standards for collaborative partnerships within the division to prepare for future HR initiatives, and develop and deliver customizable processes, tools, templates, and/or instructional materials that can be used by AOC HR and other judicial branch partners in future initiatives.
