Curriculum Development for Tribal Advocate Skills - Family Violence in Native Communities
RFP Number: CFCC 04-10-LM Curriculum Development
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to secure a contract to provide the services of a consultant with curriculum development experience to aid in the following:
- Reach out to tribal organizations and service providers in the area of family violence
- Facilitate meetings of the Tribal Advocate Curriculum Advisory Group
- Conduct research to identify existing curricula
- Determine relevant case law, statutes, rules, policies, and academic research that may inform the development of the curriculum
- Develop new curriculum that includes alternative approaches to accommodate the varying levels and styles of learning
- Provide a plan for rolling out and piloting the completed curriculum
