Plan Review Services for the New San Bernardino Courthouse
RFP Number: OCCM-FY2008-10
The Office of Court Construction and Management (OCCM) of the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) seeks the services of a qualified firm with specialized expertise in plan review of large public buildings. It is anticipated that the selected firm will provide plan review services during the Preliminary and Working Drawings Phases to assure that Construction Documents meet minimum Title 24 requirements.
Written proposals must be received no later than 2 P.M. on Thursday, May 14, 2009.
Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to OCCM_Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by no later than 2 P.M. on Monday, May 4, 2009.
