Answer to Questions

The Judicial Council of California (Judicial Council), through this Request for Proposal (RFP), is soliciting responses from Firms that provide web-based Continuity of Operations (COOP) Planning Systems. The Judicial Council seeks proposals from experienced vendors regarding available functions, or the customization of modules, features, and reports similar to those found in the existing system, as well as details of the steps required to transition from the existing planning system to a new one. 

Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via email to Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.

Proposal responses must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Tuesday June 6, 2023.
