Find also information on registering and enforcing a California court order abroad. The information provided addresses the Hague Service Convention and the Inter-American Convention procedures for letters rogatory. As more information and instructions are developed, they will be added to augment the resources and options discussed here.

    International registration and enforcement of California orders

    Translated Judicial Council forms:  Many Judicial Council forms in areas related to family law have been translated to Spanish (one of the prerequesites of the letters rogatory process). To find the relevant Judicial Council form, browse all forms, locate the desired form and look to see if  that form is also listed in Spanish (designated with the letter S). Some forms have been translated to other languages, all identified by the first letter of that language (e.g. "K" for Korean, "C" for Chinese, etc.).
