Description
The Judicial Council seeks bids from firms to provide the services of qualified, properly licensed Service Providers with expertise in afterhours call answering services for urgent or emergency facility-related calls.
The Judicial Council seeks to enter into a Standard Agreement with one (1) Service Provider pursuant to this solicitation.
Questions regarding the Invitation for Bids (IFB) should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time, on Monday October 6, 2025.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time, on Monday, October 20, 2025.
Only electronic submittals will be accepted. For electronic submission firms must email their Technical Bid and Cost Bid no more than three (3) days in advance of the submittal due date to the following email addresses:

A public opening of Cost Bids will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 1:00 PM, Pacific Time, on Monday, October 27, 2025. Judicial Council access to Cost Bids is only available on the day and time of the public Cost Bid opening. The Judicial Council will NOT be able to confirm email receipt of a Service Provider’s Cost Bid until the public Cost Bid Opening. It is the Service Provider’s responsibility to verify submission.
