The Judicial Council is seeking qualified vendors to deliver a next‑generation voice translator solution that includes implementation, configuration, deployment support, and long‑term maintenance for use across California courts.  

The Judicial Council seeks the services of a person or entity with expertise in adult treatment courts and family treatment courts in California to provide a minimum 25 hours of in-person training on topics related to treatment courts and aligning with national standards. In addition to the training, the contractor will also provide a conference venue, access to sleeping rooms, and provide breakfast, lunch, and refreshments, no later than April 2027.

The Judicial Council seeks to identify and retain qualified technical staff augmentation staffing agencies under a number of master agreements to supply the Judicial Council, Supreme Court, and Appellate courts, each a “Participant,” with high-quality, cost-effective, professional technical staff.
