Rule 5.76. Domestic partnerships
To obtain a dissolution, a legal separation, or an annulment of a domestic partnership:
(1)
Petition-Domestic Partnership/Marriage (Family Law) (form FL-103) must be filed to commence an action for dissolution, legal separation, or annulment of a domestic partnership. Response-Domestic Partnership/Marriage (Family Law) (form FL-123) must be filed in response to this petition.
(2)All other forms and procedures used for the dissolution, legal separation, or annulment of a domestic partnership are the same as those used for the dissolution, legal separation, or annulment of a marriage.
