Features

CCPOR puts critical public safety information at the finger tips of the courts and law enforcement agencies by:

  • Automating timely submission to the Department of Justice (DOJ) California Restraining and Protective Order System (CARPOS);
  • Improving accuracy of orders;
  • Providing access to document images and data;
  • Facilitating the sharing of restraining and protective orders (R&POs) between courts;
  • Ensuring availability via a secure Web site; and
  • Supports basic statistical reporting.
